Bruno Satin’s remarks come just two days after both clubs were linked with Todibo, who has broken into Toulouse’s team aged just 18 and can play in defence or midfield.
“Todibo wants to prove to himself at the highest level and isn’t afraid of having to deal with top players,” he told Tuttosport.

“Surely the lad will go straight into the team he joins, without the need for any loans.
“Without wanting to disrespect anyone, there’s an English phrase that describes Todibo: if you’re good enough, you’re old enough.
“We’re trying to keep the lad away from these rumours.”
Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in the French-Guinean starlet.
