This was later confirmed by the club's Twitter account: "This afternoon we received and rejected a bid for Julian Draxler by Juventus."
It’s believed they want €30m for Draxler, but his record of injuries is a concern for the Bianconeri.
He has a contract with Schalke until June 2018.
The player already agreed terms with Juventus, a five-year contract worth €3.5m per season.
