The two clubs are involved in a bitter disagreement following the Bianconeri’s 3-1 at the weekend, with the Rossoneri accusing their counterparts of manipulating footage of Carlos Tevez's opener.

CONI chief Malagó, speaking to Sky Sport Italia, has attempted to allay the tension.

CONI chief Malagó, speaking to Sky Sport Italia, has attempted to allay the tension.

“I think there's a problem of form, and one of substance,” he stated, after also commenting on Carlo Tavecchio and Antonio Conte’s meeting.

“In terms of form I think that Sky, who were directly involved, explained the status of the situation very well.

“As far as the statements released by the clubs, those who represent the institutions should never lose their style, and that's all I've got to say about that.”
