Juventus have made an offer for Bayern Munich attacker Xherdan Shaqiri, it has been reported in the Italian Press.

The Switzerland international is thought to be surplus to requirements in Bavaria this season, and has been linked with a switch away from the Allianz Arena.

Roma and Arsenal were two of the clubs thought to be interested, but ItaSportPress reveal today that Massimiliano Allegri’s men have in fact tabled a bid.

It has been suggested that the Bianconeri have offered the Bundesliga champions an initial €2.5m for a one-year loan, and then €15m outright.

It is not known whether Pep Guardiola’s side would consider that an acceptable offer, but reports are that a price could be negotiated.
