Pescara are evaluating Juventus’ latest offer for Italian Under-21 international Marco Verratti, claim Sky Sport Italia.
The two parties met this morning where the Old Lady tabled a €5m bid for a half-share in the promising midfielder.
Pescara, Serie B champions, will reportedly now take the next few days assessing whether to accept or decline the proposal.
As part of the agreement, the 19-year-old would remain with his hometown club for at least one more season – as desired by himself and the Delfini.
Verratti, who was included in Italy’s 32-man preliminary squad for Euro 2012, has also been linked with Napoli, Inter, Genoa and Roma.
