Juve-Lyon behind closed doors?

Juventus’ Champions League Round of 16 second leg against Lyon could be played behind closed doors, according to L’Equipe.

Juventus were due to play Inter in the Derby d’Italia yesterday behind closed doors, but the game was suspended.

The Bianconeri also have the second leg of their Coppa Italia semi final against Milan to be played in Turin, and as of writing it seems the game will be played with open doors, but with regional restrictions applied.

French daily L’Equipe states that there is the possibility of Juve’s Champions League Round of 16 clash with Lyon could be held behind closed doors.

The game, scheduled for March 17, could be played without fans, as well as Paris Saint-Germain’s game against Borussia Dortmund.

UEFA are said to be monitoring the situation, according to the French newspaper.

There are now over 2,000 confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Italy.
