“I'd like to 'steal' the desire, concentration and commitment that the Juventus defenders put into every match,” said De Silvestri at today’s Press conference.
“It’s not easy to prove every three days that you are 100 per cent on the ball.
“Pirlo is an example to follow, like Buffon, Chiellini and Barzagli. They are points of reference for us young people, they always have a positive word for everyone and are always the first to work.
“So, for a young person, it’s even easier to do well by watching them.”
