Juventus have released a statement confirming they have sold Mirko Vucinic to UAE club Al Jazira.

The Middle Eastern side announced this morning via their Twitter feed that they had signed the Montenegro international on a three-year contract.

Now, the Old Lady have followed suit and revealed that the 30-year-old, who spent three years at the club, has left.

“Juventus communicates that it has finalised a deal with Al Jazira for the sale of the sporting rights of the player Mirko Vucinic, for a fee of €6.3m payable during 2014/15,” the statement on the Bianconeri’s official website reads.

“The operation generates a profit of around €2.6m.”
