The midfielder, 23, leaves Turin for the newly promoted outfit after a €4.5m fee – payable in two years – was agreed with the Neroverdi.
Meanwhile, Juve have bought 50 per cent of forward Berardi for the same amount. The 19-year-old will remain on loan with Sassuolo for the 2013-14 campaign.
