According to Tuttosport, Dias has moved ahead of Matthijs de Ligt as Juve’s prime defensive target this summer.
The newspaper explains sporting director Fabio Paratici will send scouts to Estadio do Dragao, where Benfica face rivals Porto.
The match will also give the Bianconeri an opportunity to look at teammate and fellow Portugal prospect Joao Felix, whom they have also been linked with.
It would be the second time the Old Lady have watched Dias up close, having also sent scouts to keep an eye on the 21-year-old at San Siro in November.
On that occasion he was part of a Portugal defence that held Italy to a goalless draw in the Nations League.
