According to La Stampa newspaper, the creative midfielder who turns 20 next month is the subject of recent intensive discussions between Juve director of sport Fabio Paratici and agent Claudio Vigorelli.
The offer on the table will be €40m cash plus either goalkeeper Perin or winger Cuadrado.

Much will depend on the opinion of the new Roma Coach, as Paulo Fonseca is expected to arrive next week from Shakhtar Donetsk.
However, not all of this would be profit, as the Giallorossi owe Inter 15 per cent of the transfer fee, agreed when they picked up the teenager last summer for €4.5m.
In his maiden Serie A season, Zaniolo scored six goals and provided two assists in 36 competitive games.
Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are also believed to be interested in the Italy international.
