Inter also had an interest in the player but failed to beat Juventus in the race. There is still hope for them however as Corinthians asked for a higher price of €3m and are waiting for someone to raise the bid.
Juventus are attempting to repeat their operation with Lo Celso, and they have already offered €6m plus bonuses. This is the closest that Rosario Central has come to their request of €10m, but Inter, alongside Porto, Roma, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid, are believed to be interested as well.
The player's entourage is allegedly happy with a move to Juventus, even though this would imply a loan to Sassuolo.
Finally there is Bonazzoli, who is currently loaned to Serie B side Virtus Lanciano. Inter have a right to buy him back from Sampdoria at €7.5m, but they appear not to be greatly interested.
Juventus had a chance to sign the player in January, but after making an initialy offer of €6m all negotiations have been deferred to the summer. If Inter decide not to exercise their transfer right, then Bonazzoli may well join the Bianconeri.
