Chong is a Netherlands Under-21 international, who has made only eight appearances for the Manchester United first team this season, but has impressed with their reserves, scoring four goals with two assists in three Premier League 2 games.
He turns 20 next month and came up through the Feyenoord academy, moving to Manchester in 2016.
