The interviewer was trying to ask how he had motivated the squad for a game that ultimately was meaningless for Hellas, especially as their recent results had been so poor.
“That is absolute bull for a start! This is a lack of respect, I will not accept that sort of question,” slammed Juric.
“My team has always given it’s all, regardless of the situation or the result. This sort of attitude is something I simply cannot abide.
“You should apologise to us, you cannot disrespect us like that!”
When the Sky presenters tried to explain they weren’t saying that Verona had ever pulled back or given minimal effort in other matches, Juric had already stormed off.
