“It was a nice game, at some point we dominated, then they dominated,” Juric said at a post-match press conference.
“We wanted to play our football and we did it at some point. I didn’t like the fragility, we lost many duels. Joao Pedro and [Leonardo] Pavoletti won all of them. We can congratulate Cagliari but I didn’t like this aspect,” he continued.
“We had many goal chances, my missed a little bit of precision," Juric added.
Verona have 16 points after the opening 10 Serie A matches.
“Generally, I am satisfied about the season so far. We are at the beginning of a path which remains unknown. We’ve done good things but there is still a lot to do.”
