Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar believes his side has rediscovered the ability to make their opponents scared.

The Nerazzurri put on a stunning performance against Roma last night, recording a precious 5-3 victory at San Siro.

Leonardo's side are now third in Serie A, just five points behind League leaders Milan.

"This evening's win is a signal to those in front," Julio Cesar said. "Now we can fight it out for the Scudetto with them.

"This evening's win is a signal to those in front," Julio Cesar said. "Now we can fight it out for the Scudetto with them.

"Everything has changed in a month. We had to profit on the occasions in which we lost points earlier in the season and we are doing just that."

Asked if Milan should be scared of Inter, Julio Cesar replied: "You'll need to ask them, but in my opinion they are a little worried.

"Right now it's up to them," he concluded.
