Roma defender Juan Jesus has reportedly agreed terms with Genoa.

The 29-year-old centre-back is not part of Paulo Fonseca’s plans and his contract is due to expire in June 2021.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Brazilian has accepted a move to Genoa and will have his medical next week.

Juan Jesus was specifically requested by new Genoa coach Rolando Maran, who had already tried to sign him at Cagliari last season.

He joined Roma in 2016 and made 89 competitive appearances for the Giallorossi.
