Roma defender Juan Jesus has reportedly accepted a move to Genoa, while Antonio Sanabria could also return from Real Betis.

The Grifone are rebuilding under new coach Rolando Maran, having narrowly escaped relegation on the final day for two seasons running.

According to Sportitalia, Juan Jesus has now accepted the move to Marassi, so it’s up to Roma to work out the final details.

We could also see striker Sanabria returning to the Grifone, as he joined them in January 2019 on loan from Real Betis.

We could also see striker Sanabria returning to the Grifone, as he joined them in January 2019 on loan from Real Betis.

It’s likely to be a loan with option to buy in June 2021.

Sanabria made 24 appearances for Genoa last season, contributing six goals and three assists.
