Luka Jovic’s girlfriend confirms the Frankfurt loanee will return to Real Madrid at the end of the season, giving hopes to Milan, Napoli and Roma who have been linked with the Serbian striker.
The 23-year-old joined the Bundesliga side on loan from Real Madrid in January and has scored four goals in 13 games in Germany’s top flight since.
The Bundesliga side don’t have an option to make the player’s move permanent and, apparently, they will not try to retain the Serbian forward.
Jovic’s girlfriend Sofija Milosevic confirmed, in a rather unusual way, that the couple is on their way back to Madrid at the end of the season.
“I will miss my cosmetician when I leave Frankfurt,” she wrote in an Instagram story, meaning the striker will return to the Bernabeu in the summer.
However, according to several reports, the Merengues are willing to offload the 23-year-old and Milan, Napoli and Roma may have a new opportunity to sign him.
The Rossoneri had made an offer to sign Jovic in January, but the striker opted to return to Frankfurt amid fears he would not get enough playing time at the Stadio San Siro.
Roma and Napoli are also on the lookout for a new striker and according to reports in Italy, Jovic is on their strikers’ shortlist.
