Fiorentina are without centre-forward Luka Jovic and midfielder Alfred Duncan against Inter on Saturday evening.
It kicks off at San Siro on Saturday at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).
Coach Vincenzo Italiano must do without Jovic, as the Serbian striker is suffering from a slight muscular issue.
Also out is midfielder Duncan, although in his case it would seem to be just fatigue.
The Viola are expected to use Arthur Cabral as the centre-forward flanked by Nico Gonzalez and either Jonathan Ikone or Christian Kouame.
Jovic has scored 11 goals in 36 competitive matches in the Juventus jersey so far this season since his transfer from Real Madrid.
Salvatore Sirigu is out for the rest of the season after tearing his Achilles tendon in training.
