Joao Pedro has scored eight goals in 14 Serie A games this term, continuing his great form. Last term, he was pushed forward in the absence of Leonardo Pavoletti, and finished the 2019-20 season with 18 goals in 36 games.

The 28-year-old has scored 65 goals in total for the Rossoblu and has appeared 208 times since his move to Sardinia from Estoril Praia for €1.3m in September 2014.
