Inter are now open to selling Joao Mario to Paris Saint-Germain, but only if it includes Serge Aurier or Javier Pastore, claims the Corriere dello Sport.

The Portugal international was signed from Sporting CP last summer for €40m plus up to €5m in bonuses, but struggled to find his place in the team.

According to this evening’s reports, the Nerazzurri have accepted the possibility of selling the midfielder in order to raise funds for other areas of the team.

With Matias Vecino arriving today from Fiorentina for €24m – his release clause – there will be even less room in the middle of the park.

Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in Joao Mario could be used to capture players of interest to Coach Luciano Spalletti.

An option is Aurier, who is also of interest to Manchester United, but above all the right-back does not have an EU passport and is therefore an unlikely option with Dalbert on his way from Nice.

Instead, Suning Group co-ordinator Walter Sabatini is looking at Argentina international Pastore, who has an EU passport and was famously brought to Palermo by Sabatini.
