Juan Manuel Iturbe says he is at Roma this season ‘to learn’ from Rudi Garcia and the likes of Francesco Totti and Daniele De Rossi.
On from completing a €22m move from Verona on Wednesday, the young winger was today presented as a Roma player at their training base at Trigoria.

“This is a great team, I want to thank Walter Sabatini who brought me here. Now I have to train in order to find a space in a competitive team.
“Here for the Scudetto? I am here to learn. I’m still a young player, I think that with Rudi Garcia I will learn so many things that I currently lack.
“All teams wants to win the League, we are a competitive team, we will always push forward and we hope to have a good season.
“Pressure? I am calm, I like the warmth of the people of Rome, I am here to work and to learn so much that I currently lack.”
Iturbe was asked what he has discussed so far with his new Coach Rudi Garcia.
“He told me he is happy to have me here. I am here to work, I am happy to train with a Coach who knows so much about football.
“When I arrived he told me that he wanted me in the position I was in at Verona – we will see in the next few days where I will be.
“Garcia wants to play 4-3-3, but I believe it will be similar to last season.
“Is this the season I establish myself? It depends on the Coach and if I play, I am calm, I want to learn so much that I currently miss, I’m in a great squad with Totti and De Rossi, I will learn so much from them.
“Am I ready to be Totti’s heir? Playing alongside Totti, who is an emblem here in Rome and is the most important player, is nice, I want to learn much from him, as I have done playing close to Luca Toni.”
