Juan Iturbe and Davide Astori face assessment on injuries picked up during Roma’s 5-1 Champions League win over CSKA Moscow.

Winger Iturbe was forced off during the first half of the Giallorossi’s win with what has initially been reported to be an issue to one of the quadriceps muscles in his right leg.

Astori, meanwhile, had to leave the pitch during the closing stages of the game for a suspected strain suffered in his right knee.

Speculation is that Iturbe came off more as a precautionary measure but that he is still likely to miss the weekend match with Cagliari.

Both the Argentine and Astori are expected to undergo diagnostic tests in the coming hours.
