Italy and Shandong Luneng striker Graziano Pellè has apologised for refusing to shake Coach Giampiero Ventura’s hand when substituted against Spain.
Replaced in the 59th minute of the Azzurri's 1-1 draw in Turin, TV cameras caught the former Southampton striker ignoring the outstretched hand of the Italy CT.
Ventura shrugged the incident off, but the forward recieved criticism in the Italian media, and has now acted.

“Unfortunately, I have once again made a mistake," Pellè has posted in a response on Instagram.
“It was unacceptable behavior, against the coach in the first place and also to my teammates, who have always shown to have team spirit in a fantastic Italy group that we all belong to.
“Like any great mistake, you always suffer the consequences. And it is only right that I take full responsibility. I must ask from the heart for forgiveness from everyone. Graziano.”
