Italy have qualified for the U20 World Cup Final which will be played this coming Sunday against Uruguay at the Estadio Diego Armando Maradona in La Plata, Argentina.

It kicks off at 23:00 Italian time, 22:00 GMT+1.

Carmine Nunziata’s men have won all their games but one, reaching the U20 World Cup Final for the first time ever. Cesare Casadei, a product of Inter‘s academy, scored seven goals and delivered two assists in six U20 World Cup matches.

Rai Sport will broadcast the Final in Italy on Sunday, June 11, 2023, while people from abroad can watch the game online, on FIFA.com.

The match between Italy and Uruguay will be played at La Plata in a stadium named after Napoli legend Diego Armando Maradona.

Italy beat South Korea 2-1 in the semifinals with goals from Casadei and Simone Pafundi. Uruguay on the other hand, beat Israel 1-0 thanks to Anderson Duarte’s winner.
