Gareth Southgate has reportedly picked his England XI for the UEFA Euro 2020 Final against Italy, deciding to leave Bukayo Saka on the bench.

According to Sun Sport, Southgate will switch to a three-man defence against Roberto Mancini’s Italy at Wembley Stadium.

The Azzurri and the Three Lions meet in the UEFA Euro 2020 Final this evening, it kicks off at 8 pm UK time.

England play their first Final in a major tournament in 55 years, while Italy play their tenth Final in an international tournament in their history.

According to the report, Southgate has picked Kyle Walker, Harry Maguire and John Stones at the back, with Kieran Trippier on the right defence and Luke Shaw at left-back.

Declan Rice and Kalvin Phillips will start in the middle of the park with Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane and Mason Mount up front.

On the other hand, Roberto Mancini seems willing not to make any change to the formation he used against Spain in the semi-finals.
