Wilfried Gnonto, Nicolò Savona and Luca Koleosho have been called up to the Italy U21 squad for games against San Marino and Norway.

Italy U21 coach Carmine Nunziata has named his 27-man squad list for upcoming Euro qualifiers against San Marino and Norway.

Italy top their group with 15 points.

Juventus defender Savona has been called up for the first time after making his Serie A debut with the Bianconeri and scoring his first goal in Italy’s top flight in a 3-0 win over Hellas Verona this past Monday.

Burnley winger Koleosho is also part of the team, even if recent reports in Italy suggested that Luciano Spalletti could have called up the 19-year-old in the Azzurri first team.

Koleosho has one appearance with Italy U21.

The Azzurrini will host San Marino U21 in Latina on Thursday, September 5, while the game against Norway U21 will be played on Tuesday, September 10, at Stavanger.
