With a lack of international fixtures to affect the rankings, big changes were not expected.
The top 18 remains unchanged, but Ivory Coast have dropped nine places to 28th and Costa Rica move up six places to 31st.
Italy’s Euro 2016 Group E opponents Belgium are top of the rankings, while Sweden are 35th and Republic of Ireland are 30th.
