Italy’s 2014 World Cup qualifier in Armenia will be played in Yerevan on October 12, it has been confirmed.

The Azzurri’s campaign stops off at the Hrazdan Stadium in Yerevan on October 12 with a 21.00 local time kick-off (17.00 in the UK).

Cesare Prandelli’s men open their Group B fixtures on September 7 in Bulgaria.

Meanwhile, the FIGC has also confirmed that Italy will get together from Monday August 13 ahead of a friendly against England on Wednesday August 15.

The game will be played at the Stade de Suisse in Bern at 21.00 local time, 20.00 in the UK.
