Italy are celebrating their success at UEFA EURO 2020 by giving the Federation headquarters an Azzurri redecoration.

The image of Giorgio Chiellini, Roberto Mancini and the full Italy squad lifting the European Championship trophy at Wembley Stadium now adorns the entire side of the building that houses the FIGC in Via Gregorio Allegri in Rome.

That’s not all, because on the side visible for those coming from Via Po, the building is painted with a mural of Milena Bertolini’s Women’s National Team, as they begin their European Championship qualifiers.

“The female and male national teams symbolise Italy,” said FIGC president Gabriele Gravina.

“They are two extraordinary factors of social cohesion. With this initiative, we want to thank our players, who are always able to provide us with new emotions, as well as all Italian fans for their great enthusiasm with which they support the teams.”
