Italy will play their Nations League game against Germany in Bologna, while Cesena hosts their encounter with Hungary during a very busy June.

The FIGC announced the venues for the two Nations League matches, to be played in June 2022.

This is the third edition of the Nations League and Italy secured third place in the most recent edition, hosting the Final Four part of the competition.

Their big clash with Germany will be played at the Stadio Dall’Ara in Bologna on Saturday June 4.

This is the 23rd time Italy have played in Bologna, with 16 wins, three draws and three defeats here, the most recent a 4-0 friendly win over the Czech Republic in 2021.

The next week, the Azzurri will host Hungary at the Stadio Dino Manuzzi in Cesena on Tuesday June 7.

Cesena is relatively new for the Nazionale, playing here on three occasions, all of them friendly victories.

There will also be a trip to Wembley against England on Saturday June 11 and Monchengladbach on Tuesday June 14.

Before that, Roberto Mancini’s Italy play Argentina in London on June 1, with the first showdown between the European Champions and Copa America victors.

  1. Playing Argentina will be very entertaining. Most of the Argentineans are of Italian decent anyway so it will like playing against each other. Lets hope it will be a good luck for us to reach Qatar.
