Roberto Mancini is reportedly still positive for Covid-19 and could miss the upcoming Nations League clash against Poland.
The Italy coach caught Coronavirus last week and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he informed the FIGC that he won’t be joining the team today, which means he is still positive.
Mancini is having swab tests almost daily but, in order to be allowed to Coverciano, he needs a double negative test.

The Azzurri face Poland in a crucial Nations League clash on Sunday and in the best case-scenario Mancini can return to Coverciano on Friday.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, there are growing fears that the Italy coach will also miss the game against Poland with Alberico Evani who would once again replace him on Italy’s bench.
“A good performance, the guys worked well under the guidance of Mister Evani to which go my compliments and thanks,” Mancini wrote on Instagram after Italy’s 4-0 win against Estonia on Wednesday.
