The Nations League is played with home and away fixtures.
Their most recent meeting with the Oranje was a 1-1 friendly draw in June 2018, achieved despite Domenico Criscito’s red card.
Italy already faced Poland in the Nations League last season, drawing 1-1 at home in September 2018 and winning 1-0 away in October.
They are unbeaten against Poland in a competitive match since a 2-1 result during the 1974 World Cup.
Including friendlies, Italy played out six wins, seven draws and three defeats against Poland, but have never lost on Italian soil.
The Azzurri had Bosnia and Herzegovina in their Euro 2020 qualifying group, earning a 2-1 home win and 3-0 away, both in 2019.
The only other meeting these nations had was a friendly in November 1996, Italy losing 2-1 in Sarajevo.
