Italy will hold today’s press conference remotely after three journalists who follow the national team tested positive for COVID.

The Azzurri are preparing for the UEFA Euro 2020 Final at Coverciano, but today’s press conference from their training camp will be held remotely, given that three journalists who have followed the national team for the Euros tested positive for COVID.

According to Calciomercato.com, one of these journalists returned to Italy after the game against Spain on Tuesday, while two are self-isolating in London.

However, there are no fears national team players can contract the virus. All of them got vaccinated before the beginning of the competition and have not come into contact with media people.

Italy will fly to London Luton Airport from Florence tomorrow at 10 am UK time.

Roberto Mancini and an Italy player will hold a pre-match press conference at 16.15 before a training session at Tottenham’s training centre.

The Azzurri will return to Rome straight after the EURO 2020 Final against England on Sunday night.
