Italy and Arsenal midfielder Jorginho has announced a new partnership with EMW Global, who will manage his social networks in China and commercial operations across Asia.

The Italy international is eager to expand his presence in the Asian market with a new partnership announced on Tuesday.

“The new partnership holds the objective of creating new business opportunities for the Italian National Team and Arsenal midfield maestro in a wide and competitive market, as well as building an authentic relationship between Jorginho and the Asian football fan community,” EMW Global said in an official statement.

“With the assistance of EMW Productions and our APAC office, we’ve created a 360° localised marketing campaign to announce and promote Jorginho’s online presence on the Asian continent.”

EMW Global is an international sports and entertainment marketing agency with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London and São Paulo.

Jorginho joined Arsenal from Chelsea this past January, completing a €13.5m transfer.

A European champion for club and country, the Brazil-born midfielder with an Italian passport has played 47 games with the Azzurri, scoring five goals and winning the Euros in 2021.

He also lifted the Europa League and the Champions League during his four and a half years spell at Chelsea, where he played 213 competitive matches, scoring 29 goals.

Jorginho made 151 Serie A appearances, playing for Hellas Verona and Napoli, before a €57m move to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2018.
