New Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano is using Jose Mourinho to scare his players into avoiding mistakes in training.
The Serie A season kicks off on the weekend of August 22 and the opening fixtures include Roma hosting Fiorentina at the Stadio Olimpico.
During today’s training session, some of the Viola players made an error in the game between ranks.
This infuriated coach Italiano, who eye-witnesses from Firezeviola.it claim shouted at them: “If you do that during a match, then Mourinho can win even while sitting back with a cigarette in his mouth.”
The Special One is being used as a bogeyman for the Fiorentina players, who are evidently struggling to get to grips with their change of tactics.
