The incident occurred after reported scuffles in the home end of the club’s Stadio Matusa, where the Lazio” data-scaytid=”4″>Lazio outfit were facing Lecce in Saturday’s Lega Pro promotion play-off final second leg.
The supporter, who is 45-years-old, was then rushed to a Rome hospital and placed in intensive care.
According to medics at the hospital, his situation currently hangs in the balance.
Frosinone won the match 3-1 after extra-time and with it secured promotion to Serie B.
