Lazio beat Inter 1-0 on Sunday, capitalising on defeats for Milan and Roma, and Inzaghi’s can leapfrog the Rossoneri into the Champions League places with a sixth win in eight games at SPAL.

“We’ve trained well here in Milan for the last two days, trying to recover our strength and energy because tomorrow we have an important match in Ferrara,” the Coach told Lazio Style Channel.

“We’ve managed to work well and recover a bit after the match against Inter: yesterday we all went out for dinner.

“The calendar presented us with two consecutive trips only a few days later, therefore we preferred to stay in Milan.

“SPAL are a very organised team with a well-prepared Coach who has been managing them for three years now.

“We’ll have to be good and careful, trying to have a great game.  SPAL, when playing at the Paolo Mazza, can count on very big support, so we’ll have to pay them the utmost attention.

“I’ll have to assess my men as best I can. I won’t take any risks because there are so many close matches waiting for us.

“I’m lucky to have all my men available, but we’ll have to assess the conditions of Stefan Radu, Joaquin Correa and Pedro Neto calmly.

“At the end of these last few analyses, we’ll pick the best team to face SPAL.”
