Daam Foulon arrived from Waasland-Beveren, joining veterans Kamil Glik and Artur Ionita, who arrived from Monaco and Cagliari respectively.

Benevento picked up Bryan Dabo from Fiorentina too, whilst centre-forward Gianluca Caprari has moved from Sampdoria.

“Glik and Ionita seem to have been working with us for years,” he added.

“Foulon will give us great satisfaction too. Dabo and Caprari are ready. We will reach the first League match against Sampdoria in the best possible way.”
