Inter are due to sit down and talk with head coach Simone Inzaghi regarding his future in the dugout, amidst interest from Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal and potentially also an unnamed Premier League outfit.
Crucial Inter-Inzaghi talks, two options abroad
The Nerazzurri are expected to meet with the head coach at the beginning of this week, between Monday and Wednesday, to discuss their futures together.
Inzaghi and his side are coming in off the back of the heaviest ever Champions League final defeat, a 5-0 loss against Paris Saint-Germain in Munich on Saturday evening. The coach revealed that he is unsure about heading to the Club World Cup, which kicks off in mid-June, in the aftermath of the PSG disaster.

Inzaghi has a contract that expires next summer, in 2026, and has also been offered a staggering set of personal terms by Al-Hilal in an attempt to lure him away from Serie A.
There could also be a surprise option for Inzaghi in the Premier League, with one English club potentially slipping under the radar, although they are not expected to match Al-Hilal’s offer financially.
Even though Inzaghi and Inter have enjoyed a solid working relationship over the last four seasons, it is becoming increasingly difficult to see them continue together.
Still, the coach and the club are expected to sit down and talk about their current stances over the next few days, which could still go either way.

Cut him loose, he’s done at Inter.
Oh and he can or must bring Acerbi along with him.
inzaghi is still young, can still improve inter shldnt let him go.
1 bad day shldnt wipeout 99 good days.
inzaghi shld calm down and analyze things very well before he makes his decision.
@inter what you talking about? He’s been with Inter for 4 years, and always plays his favorite players regardless they’re not good enough. We’ve become the laughing stock thanks to his stubborness ffs !
Inter are a very ordinary club, Inzaghi has been pragmatic and got the best out of average players.
Inter fans should be thankful for what he done for them.
Unfortunately for Inter, they’re no way near as big a club as AC
