The youngsters have been called up to an injury-ravaged Milan squad, but Inzaghi, who was primavera Coach before taking charge of the senior team – insists the Rossoneri are lucky to have such ‘outstanding’ players.
“Milan’s youth sector has been doing very well for years,” the tactician said in an interview with Milan Channel.
“I know them [De Santis and Calabria], as well as [Alessandro] Mastalli and [Davide] Di Molfetta.
“Milan can take pride from having such outstanding young players. I’m happy to take them with us. By being in contact with the first team they can grow further.”
