“This is a dangerous fixture against a team in good form. We need a great performance and want the win. Genoa are a complete squad, they are organised and have a fine coach like Davide Ballardini, who I know well. We must earn the points against a tough opponent.”
Francesco Acerbi is suspended, meaning a very rare game without the defender.
“We’re also missing Luiz Felipe, Gonzalo Escalante and Felipe Caicedo. I hope to have them all back for the next game with Fiorentina.”
