Simone Inzaghi expects Inter to ‘show maturity’ against Venezia and explains his tactical choices at the Stadio Penzo.

The Nerazzurri can move one point off leaders Napoli and Milan if they collect all three points today.

It kicks off at 19.45.

Stefan de Vrij is injured, so Federico Dimarco starts in a three-man defence with Andrea Ranocchia on the bench.

“Ranocchia played two great games, but he is not 100 per cent fit, even if he is available,” Inzaghi told DAZN before the match.

“Dimarco has already played in defence in the past and given that we’ll need to keep the possession today I made this choice.

“Venezia are doing very well despite being newly promoted. We need to show maturity,” Inzaghi continued.

“I rotate a bit in attack and defence, I have a competitive team and I will rotate more in the future.”
