Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is one of Juventus‘ targets for January and according to Tuttosport, intermediary Fabrizio De Vecchi could be a key figure in negotiations between Spurs and the Bianconeri.

Juventus need midfielder reinforcements following the suspensions of Paul Pogba and Nicolò Fagioli, so they are expected to sign at least one new player in the January transfer window.

Kalvin Phillips and Teun Koopmeiners are among the top Bianconeri targets, but it is no secret that Juventus have also been following Tottenham midfielder Hojbjerg for several months.

As reported by Tuttosport, intermediary Fabrizio De Vecchi could be crucial in negotiations between the two parties as the Italian was also involved in Danilo’s transfer to Juventus from Manchester City in 2019. The Brazilian had moved to Turin in a player-swap deal with Joao Cancelo and was named Juventus’ captain last summer.

According to Tuttosport, Hojbjerg parted ways with his former agent Pini Zahavi last summer as he wanted to leave Tottenham to get regular playing time elsewhere.

The Denmark international has appointed a lawyer to negotiate his possible transfer in the January transfer window and he could become an exciting option for Juventus if Spurs agree to sell the 28-year-old on a loan deal with an option to buy.
