We are into the final week of the transfer session and several changes are expected in Antonio Conte’s team.
Darmian starts for Bologna in this evening’s Emilia-Romagna Derby with Parma, but director Marcello Carli admits it could be his final game for the Ducali.
“Everyone knows full well there is this situation with Inter, so we’ll see if it’s his last game or the penultimate match,” Carli told Sky Sport Italia.
However, another move is stalled, as Sky Sport Italia claim Inter have suddenly put the brakes on Ranocchia’s switch to Genoa.
It’s suggested they are concerned at being left short-staffed at the back, especially if Milan Skriniar is sold to Tottenham Hotspur or PSG.
Inter want to take a few days to consider the situation before giving the all-clear for Ranocchia to leave.
