Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez doesn’t want to leave Inter, but the Nerazzurri could release his for free if offers arrive from MLS.

Tuttosport reports Atlanta and Inter Miami are interested in the Chile international, who wants to remain at San Siro to strengthen his possibilities of participating at Qatar 2022.

But Inter are, according to the newspaper, not excluding a sale and could even let the player go for free to save €18m this summer.

The two MLS teams are reportedly ready to make a move for the former Barcelona, Arsenal and Manchester United striker, who has a deal until June 2023 with the Beneamata.

Sanchez has played 70 competitive games since joining Inter, contributing 11 goals and 18 assists in the process, but the 32-year-old could be on his way out the door.

  1. Sunings’ other team, who also won the League in their country, disolved. Now Inter won’t disolve…however Zhang has F up the Champion team and continues to do so far €.

  2. This train wreck that is Inter gets more delightful to watch each day. Suning/Zhang have destroyed any chance of achieving long-term success…better to sell the team now to owners who actually love the legacy that is Inter Milan.

  3. I don’t get his guys at all, sanchez was really crucial for us last year, especially the 2 games against torino, yes inter sell sanchez but bring in 35 year old dzeko, nonsense

  4. 18m???? Is that a year? Even if it’s over 2 years, just goes to show the poor financial management at Inter when acquiring these players. They offer ridiculously high wages, well above the players’ worth, and then have to terminate their contracts – most times still having to pay a % of the wages – so they can leave the club immediately. Right now they can’t get even rid of Vidal or Kolarov. And they clearly haven’t learnt their lesson as they’re still willing to pay 2m and offer 10m in wages for 35 year old Dzeko.
