Inter are gearing up for one of the most important games of their season against Porto and Edin Dzeko is expected to start in the decisive Champions League clash.

The Nerazzurri have a slight advantage heading into the second leg in Portugal, having secured a 1-0 win in the first leg thanks to a late goal from Romelu Lukaku in San Siro.

Coming off the back of Inter’s miserable 2-1 loss to Spezia, pressure is still mounting on coach Simone Inzaghi and a win over Porto is a must if he wants to maintain faith in the Lombardy capital.

La Gazzetta dello Sport details how Inter are likely to start with Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez up front, leaving Lukaku on the bench for the decisive Champions League match.

The Bosnian veteran has featured heavily under Inzaghi this season, but may depart in the summer when his contract expires. Renewal talks have been at a standstill since January, when Dzeko asked for a two-year deal, something the club aren’t willing to commit to at this stage.
