Inter have sealed the deal with Real Betis for 18-year-old defender Alex Perez on loan with option to buy and he should have his medical next week.
There are a few different details in the media today from Spain, but both Relevo and Diario de Sevilla agree that the deal is imminent.
It is set to be a loan with option to buy for €500,000-€600,000, but the option is more of an obligation.
There will also be numerous bonuses and add-ons including linked to the number of appearances and a percentage of the sell-on fee.

Alex Perez is expected to fly in for his medical early next week.
The defender only turned 18 in May and his contract was due to expire in June 2025, so in order for the loan with option to buy transfer to work, he must first extend his deal with Real Betis.
He is set to join the Inter youth team first, with hope for promotion to the senior squad.
