Inter want to extend with Milan Skriniar and Stefan De Vrij, and the Nerazzurri will reportedly meet the agent of the Slovakia international next week.

The two defenders see their contract expire in the summer, and Inter are determined to extend with both.

The Slovakia international had reached an agreement over a €9m-a-year deal with PSG last summer, but Inter refused to sell for less than €70m. However, the Nerazzurri can’t afford the same, so they will put €6m on the table plus add-ons.

A meeting between the two parties will take place next week, between Tuesday and Wednesday, according to Gazzetta.

The Nerazzurri want to shake hands with Srkriniar’s agent Roberto Sistici by January, but if the player’s requests are too high, they may abandon talks and make their assessment in the January transfer window, when the Ligue 1 giants will likely make a new offer.

De Vrij’s situation is a bit different as the Dutch centre-back wants to part ways with the Raiola agency and his current representative Rafaela Pimenta. Negotiations with the club will start once the ex-Lazio defender picks a new agent.
